This year we’ll channel our education across three stages – Main Stage, Industry Stage and Open Space Stage. The main stage will explore our core theme, limitless, with thought-provoking presentations focusing as much on our personal as our professional lives. The Industry Stage will also explore the theme but in the context of our trade. The Open Space stage will be the living embodiment of our theme fostering dialogue, debate and hands-on learning.

With our local partners we have curated a series of engaging “deep dives” channelling the bourgeoning socio-cultural ethos of Vancouver, introducing you to creative people, cool places and things you’ve never seen or done before.

In January 2019 in Thailand we created the Bangkok Manifesto, 10 statements on the nature, purpose and direction of incentive travel. This was a work of strict collaboration, the text crowdsourced from the 350 delegates who attended our annual conference.
In Vancouver we will create The Vancouver Manifesto, building upon the conversations started in Bangkok around sustainability, destinations, team work, and social responsibility. Join us and play your part in shaping the future.
